HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE A WEB ORDER?
From the moment you finalize the purchase of your web order to receiving your item(s), it takes anywhere from 5 business days, up to no longer than 2 weeks - depending on the item(s) stock and availability. All customers will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.
DO YOU DO TRUNK SHOWS OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA?

DO YOU REPAIR JEWELRY?
We will attempt to repair any worn or used La Enovesé Designs merchandise. However, please note - pending the nature of the repair, there may be a repair charge. Some items may be non-repairable.
CAN YOU WEAR GOLD PLATED OR VERMEIL JEWELRY IN THE SHOWER, POOL, OR OCEAN?
We recommend taking your gold plated or vermeil jewelry off before you get in the shower or swim, as it can damage the plating. We advise that you put all creams, perfumes, and lotions on before you put your jewelry on. This will preserve the shine, quality, and luster of your piece. Remember your jewels are the last to go on, and the first to take off.
WHAT DOES “316L” MEAN?
This jewelry material not only upgrades your style but also stands the test of time. This plating can last for up to five years, unfading. We use vacuum plating and it is water-free and nickel-free. This type of metal is good for the environment, great for sensitivity, and will not cause allergic reactions (unlike most metals).

Druzy is commonly known as a set of tiny crystals that give off that “glittering effect” of minerals that form on the surface of another stone. Druzy grows slowly over millions of years and are found as the very last layer of growth on an agate. There are many types of druzy, because there are many types of minerals. Each type of druzy has particular characteristics, such as crystal size, luster and color.
HOW DO YOU CARE FOR DRUZY JEWELRY?
To care for Druzy jewelry, simply polish it with a jewelry polishing cloth. Do not expose your Druzy jewelry to harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, as it can damage the stone and metal finish of the jewelry.
